What We Offer
At present, NTK Integrative Systems focuses mainly on using the knowledge, experience, hardware and software at its disposal to carry out a wide range of research work related to the functional state of an apparently healthy human.
Our flagship product is the automated EPD system based on the 'Prognoz' method. The system includes the measuring devicesto register electrophysical parameters of biologically active points on the skin in accordance with the patented solutions (as seen in patents RU 2116750, 177717 etc.), and the software to process the data obtained.
Software and measuring devices
It is the software that deals with interpreting the measurement results according to the diagnostic models embedded in it, thus the key to obtaining adequate and stable results is the compliance of measuring instruments with proprietary software. Since the skin is a non-linear and transient object of measurement, the quality of the information obtained is directly dependant on the measurement methods being adequate to the measurement interpretation models.

The 'Prognoz-Mini' device manufactured in Russia under Technical Specifications 9442-001-47026691-2006.
Brand designation PR (Prognos-Retro). Limited edition, available on special order. By definition, PR is the closest to the measuring devices used in Soviet/Russian space program.
Measuring device “Victor” (manufactured by Dr. rer. nat. Westerboer, Hofhansel&Cie GmbH, Germany)
Brand designation PP (Prognos-Plus). Measuring instruments manufactured with German scrupulosity under full technological control from the authors of the 'Prognoz' EPD method, who developed the 'PR' model. Due to the fact that the products are stored in Germany, delivery to Russia is currently hampered.
Based on measuring hardware of “Prognos®” (manufactured by MEDPREVENT systems GmbH&Co. KG, Germany)
Brand designation PE (Prognos-Euro). This is a device realized in the EU as a medical product.

Apart from that, the laboratory of NTK Integrative Systems is outfitted with a «'Prognoz-GAMS' device»developed as part of the creation of a flexible automated medical system (FAMS) for mass preventive examinations, including for the needs of critical industries in the USSR and Russia. This device is an example of "Soviet military technology", and operates normally to this day as a reliable and comprehensive measuring tool. However, supplying such devices is practically impossible due to the different level of technology of modern PCs and the uniqueness of the device itself. It is used by NTK Integrative Systems for stationary lab research.
The standard software is currently 'Prognos-M' v.6.1, which featured modular design. The functionality of the modules is briefly described below.
Proprietary software modules and their brief desctription
Core software module. Supports the functions of performing measurements and maintaining the database of 'Patients'. It implements three basic diagnostic method and main elements of dynamic diagnostics. The methods implemented are also included in the guidelines of Russian Professional Association of Reflexologists.
Forms basic recommedations for performing a patient's state correction by means of electro- and acupuncture. Supports recording of the treatment process and documenting of reference data.
Presents the EPD results with the use of separate diagnostically meaningful relations. It can be used to gauge the effect of various stress tests and external factors on a person's organism.
This module is aimed at specialtists whose practices involve manipulations with the musculo-skeletal system, and it projects EPD results on the paravertebral region.
Presents the EPD results in the form adapted for use by dentists.
Designed for extended iterative simulation testing, mainly with EHF exposure as a simulation load. Requires additional hardware to implement the structured load testing.
Designed to illustrate and help interpret diagnostic results in terms of traditional Chinese medicine with the possibility of obtaining conclusions in terms of academic medicine.
This module can be implemented to visualize the EPD results by a user who is unfamiliar with traditional Chinese medicine, e.g. as a part of implementing the concept of E-medicine in the B2C segment.
Training
To use the 'Prognoz' EPD effectively, it is important to not only possess the software and the measuring devices adapted for it, but also to correctly implement this technology in one's respective practice. Therefore in realizing our products we prefer close cooperation with the customer in the form of author's supervision of EPD and/or training of the customer's personnel to work with the 'Prognoz' technology. This can be carried out both under separate contracts and within the framework of an acquisition contract.
Research
NTK Integrative Systems has expertise in implementation of 'Prognoz' EPD, and thus also carries out scientific research with 'Prognoz' technology for interested customers. In particular, planned research work is conducted for the National Academy of Folk Medicine (NANM).
Over the course of NTK's work, a substantial amount of software solutions for flexible (extended) 'Prognoz' technology has been accumulated, which concerns its application to various fields of human activity.
